Shipping and storage instructions

Shipping and storage instructions (individuals)

  • Pools can be delivered to private customers in two different ways: in their original position,, standing,, transported-, or loaded on their long sides. In both cases, careful attention must be paid when fixing the pools to the transport vehicle! Over-tightened fixing may deform the pool body! It is the responsibility of the transporter to ensure that the pool body is properly secured!

  • When the pool arrives, 6 to 8 people are required to safely unload it.

  • Store on even ground to avoid deformation!

  • In case of rain, the water must be drained before moving.

  • If the pool is not installed within 12 hours, it must be supported at the four corners of the outer iron frame, at two points on the long side and at least three points on the stairs.

  • When storing pool bodies, avoid prolonged storage in open sunlight, as this can also lead to deformation of the pool body if not installed.

  • For storing pools individually, temporary storage with supports as shown in the pictures above should be used, sideways storage without appropriate supports should be avoided!

Storage instructions (retailers)

For retailers, we set up pallets of 9-11 pool bodies. The design of the metal structures intended for storage will allow them to be safely lifted and moved using forklift trucks. Depending on the number of pools, the weight of each pallet can exceed four tons, so a forklift truck with a corresponding load capacity is required! The ownership of the pallets for the transport of the pools is always specified separately in the sales contract.

Pools received on pallets, slid into each other, must be stored (on pallets) in the following way to maintain their shape

  • Along with the pallet, we will send you support legs cut to size, which should be positioned as illustrated in the pictures:

  • When storing pool bodies, avoid prolonged storage in open sunlight, as this can also lead to deformation of the pool body if not installed.

  • When storing pools, adequate support must be maintained, as they form a large surface area, and therefore strong wind gusts can topple the pools, which can result in damage!
